This page is for vendors registering to participate in Africa Festival 2026. Please select your vendor registration type and any rental items you would like to reserve, including tents, tables, and chairs. Vendor spaces and rentals are limited and will be reserved based on availability. Additional event details and setup instructions will be provided closer to the event date. Vendor Load-In & Parking Information Please unload at the Graduate Hotel turnaround on Dubuque Street. After unloading, vendors should park in the Lynn Street Parking Ramp. FREE parking vouchers for the Lynn Street Parking Ramp will be available. Vendors should find an Africa Fest organizing committee member to receive their vouchers before they pack up. Vouchers do not cover street parking. Vendors should plan to be fully set up by 10:00 AM.
